At Profi-search, we offer access to our marketplace through subscription plans. These subscriptions allow final clients to connect with and book services from independent self-entrepreneurs.

Subscriptions

• When you purchase a subscription, you’ll gain access to our marketplace according to the subscription duration and plan you select.

• Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged according to the billing cycle you choose (e.g., monthly or annually).

• Cancel anytime: You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further payments will be charged.

• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy:

• You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

• No explanation is required for the cancellation.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

After this 30-day period, refunds are no longer available, but you may still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments.
